Finishes and Assembly

The detail that completes the product

At CEL, the coloring of plastic materials takes place during the molding phase: every chromatic aspect of the process can be customized to meet specific design and project requirements

Laser engraving allows for the direct marking of parts to be customized.

It ensures efficient and precise printing, making it ideal for marking barcodes, alphanumeric characters, and vector logos.

The experience gained at CEL allows us to provide screen printing on various plastic materials, always ensuring a high-quality finished product with sharp, precise lettering that does not deteriorate over time.

A true guarantee made possible by the close synergy between the design, production, and finishing departments, enabling constant communication about the solvents, paints, thinners, and inks to be used to achieve optimal results on every type of product.

Pad printing is a surface printing process recommended for achieving sharp and highly precise prints. It uses a pad engraved with the subject to be “marked” and is suitable even for complex surfaces.

Customization through pad printing also allows for multiple textures to be printed on the same component.

Thanks to collaboration with external partners, we can carry out any type of painting according to the client’s needs. We are able to paint parts of both small and large sizes in any color shade required.

The chrome finishes offered by C.E.L. are designed to last over time and maintain a shiny appearance even after prolonged use.

CEL also handles the assembly of plastic components thanks to the support of highly qualified personnel, skilled not only in the geometry of the produced materials but above all in ensuring the quality of the molded parts and their finishes.

During the assembly phase, each individual piece is inspected by the operator. Once the batch is completed, the line supervisor first, and then the Quality Control manager, certify compliance with the parameters agreed upon with the client.

Ultrasonic Welding

We perform ultrasonic welding of plastic materials — a special process that allows plastic to be melted at specific points through electromagnetic waves, perfectly welding the parts together.

It is particularly suitable for applications that require maximum precision in joints and connections.

Hot Plate Welding

Hot plate welding allows plastic materials to be welded through direct contact with an electrically heated and temperature-controlled plate. It is suitable for both small and large components and is commonly used for assembling parts in the household goods and automotive sectors.

Upon request, special processes can be planned and quoted according to specific project requirements.
